Spring Salads

Even though it's not as warm outside as we'd like, we're still enjoying all the new spring-y flavors on the menu. We're particularly swept away with all of the great lunch salad options here at Chez Daniel. (Bathing suit season being just around the corner and all...)

30+ Years of Service! Thanks, Jackie!

Around here, we like to recognize our employees for their hard work and contributions that make Chez Daniel so great! As such, we decided to dedicate this week's blog post to a very special member of our team, Jackie Ploen, in honor of her 30 years of service with the company!

Jackie officially started as an Office Manager for Town Center on October 10, 1980. Currently in accounting for Chez Daniel, Jackie indicates that the people, especially the family-like atmosphere, and the flexibility with her schedule are just a few of the things she loves most about her job. Jackie has also been surprised about the things that have changed over the years, such as the growth of the company, the new faces, and her job responsibilities.

When not at Chez Daniel, Jackie likes to read, knit, and sell PartyLite. She would also love to travel to Seattle to see her sister again, Tampa, and of course Hawaii if she could travel anywhere. Going to Peggy Creek Ranch with her son is also a dream of hers.

Next time you're at Chez Daniel, say hi to Jackie if you run into her, and make sure you try the Chicken Avocado Melt (on Parmesan Sourdough). It's her fave!

Happy Mother's Day!

'Tis the holiday to celebrate moms everywhere! Mother's Day is right around the corner, and we're here to help with that perfect gift quandary.


Bring Mom to brunch at Chez Daniel, where she can enjoy our fabulous Sunday Brunch. Treat her to all of her French and American favorites from breakfast and lunch, while she sips a mimosa. Then, you're free to enjoy the rest of the day together (like heading home for a delicious food-induced nap)!

Brunch is served from 10:30am to 2pm, and reservations can be made by calling 952.888.4447 or online at Open Table. The price is $34.95 per adult with reduced pricing for children.
