Profiteroles

If spring would ever arrive, we could start enjoying all of the finer things that come with the change of the seasons. Barbecuing, patios, spring drinks, and of course, ice cream!

We're not sure about you, but we are so sick of the cold, the gloom, and most of all the SNOW! Here at Chez Daniel, we're ready for green grass, warm sunny days, and Profiteroles, our signature dessert. While we offer them year round, these little puppies are SO much better as a respite from the heat of the day.

We start with our Cream Puffs (or choux à la crème) and then generously fill them with vanilla ice cream before topping them off with a healthy dose of hot fudge and raspberry coulis. Voila! The perfect happy ending to your meal, your day, and hopefully this perpetual winter.

Stop into Chez Daniel this week and channel Spring with an order of Profiteroles. (We think she may need all the help she can get!)
